Cam’ron is taking trolling to a whole new tax bracket. The Harlem legend recently broke down his ongoing beef with Omar Gooding, revealing he booked the actor for a fake movie just to clown him — a move he’s officially dubbing his new hustle: “Book My Opps.”
According to Cam, the two had been trading shots after he referred to Omar as “Omar Gooding Jr.” — a name Omar took offense to, claiming Cuba Gooding is the only “Jr.” That sparked diss records from Omar, which Cam admits weren’t bad… but still kept the petty train rolling.
So what did Cam do? He booked Omar for $7,500 to play in a “film” that doesn’t actually exist. He even flew him to Miami, had him sign paperwork, and filmed scenes in Spanish (which Omar doesn’t speak) while clowning him behind the scenes. The kicker? Cam owns the footage and says it’ll be airing on Revolt — purely for laughs.
“That movie you flew to Miami for? Ain’t no movie coming out. I booked you just to laugh at you,” Cam said. “Be careful. This is my new sh*t — it’s called Book My Opps.”
Omar, however, isn’t mad. In fact, he says the trip was worth it.
“Free trip to Miami, $2,500 in my pocket, did some pushups, and knowing it’s not coming out? Even better,” Omar clapped back. “Book me for Ibiza next, my boy!”
Looks like this “beef” just turned into one of the funniest celebrity troll wars of the year.
